Job Summary

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits.
Schedule meetings and present products/services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Provide post-sale support and handle customer feedback or complaints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or a similar role
(preferred, but not mandatory for freshers)
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office must; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel PAN India frequently and on short notice.
Educational background in
Marketing/Sales
is preferred, or strong genuine interest in sales/marketing.
Technical background (Diploma/B.E.)
