Job Description

A Senior Manager / Manager - Financial Analyst performs the more difficult and complex budgetary and financial studies and supervises a small staff engaged in the formulation, analysis, and execution of budget and financial management plans, and the development of budgetary and financial policies, procedures and operations.

MUST HAVE

Prepared Annual operating plan and business profit and loss statements
Prior experience in payment industry on revenue models such as PA, PG, POS etc.
Managed key stakeholders reports
KRAs / KPIs for business functions and what are those in payment industry

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Modelling
: Ability to create and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Data Analysis
: Expertise in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and drawing insights to support business decisions.
Accounting
: Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excel Proficiency
: Advanced skills in using Excel for financial analysis, modelling, and reporting.
Financial Reporting
: Ability to prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Risk Management
: Understanding of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
Understanding key business drivers.
Assisting project teams with financial guidance.
Developing financial projections and building financial models.
Performing research and analysis as required.
Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
