Role & responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for construction equipment & commercial vehicle, financing through field visits, lead generation and referrals.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with construction equipment dealers and manufacturers to drive business volume.

• Assist in preparing credit proposals by collecting necessary documentation and coordinating with the credit and risk teams.

• Guide clients through the financing process, resolve queries and ensure timely loan disbursements and satisfactory customer experience.

• Monitor Customer accounts post-disbursement to ensure timely repayments, renewals and cross selling opportunities.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging customer needs to align product offerings and sales strategies.

Requirements & Criteria:

• Graduation Must from any stream
• Min 1 year experience require in CV & CE vertical
• Age upto 34 years
• Cibil score should be above 700
• No Overdue in Cibil
• Good communication skills
