Job overview:
As our Marketing Executive II, you would own complete responsibility for engaging, retaining, and reactivating users acquired on the app. You would be responsible for creating and optimising multichannel campaigns across different user segments to drive long-term revenue growth and app engagement. Requirements Analyze user behavior to create micro-segments for personalized engagement Develop and execute engagement, retention, and reactivation campaign strategies, including but not limited to push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS campaigns to maximize user retention and LTV Handling the execution of GTM strategies for different product features like loyalty, tournaments, leaderboards, seasonal promotions, etc Performance tracking and reporting of KPIs for campaigns, including conducting A/B tests to optimize messaging, creatives, and timing for campaigns, and generating actionable insights for continuous optimization to create best-in-class user engagement Collaboration with product, communications, design, and marketing teams to develop compelling communications strategies Staying updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging channels for app engagement
Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 1-5 years of experience in user engagement, CRM, or campaign management for mobile apps, preferably in gaming or real money gaming industry Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., MoEngage, Clevertap, Webengage etc) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Branch etc). Strong understanding of user behavior metrics and engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
