Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely repayment of loans and minimize defaults.
  • Identify new business opportunities through dealer channels, field sales, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of dealerships across India for farm equipment financing products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall loan performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the tractor finance industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in agribusiness, agriculture, or related fields (farming, financing).
  • Strong understanding of tractor loans, vehicle finance, sales, finance sales, dealer channel management.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues alike.
