Job Summary
The Business Executive Critical Care is an individual contributor / front-line sales role focused on promoting and selling critical care products to hospitals, ICUs, clinicians, and procurement. This role implements strategies defined by senior sales leadership, works to build relationships, drive order generation, and ensure high quality of customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell critical care products to target hospitals, clinics, ICU & related departments.Identify and approach physicians, ICU heads, nursing staff, procurement departments to present product features, benefits, and value.Execute sales calls, product demonstrations, sample distributions, and follow-ups to close orders.Support product launches and marketing campaigns in assigned territories.Educate customers on product usage, therapy area, differentiators vis--vis competitors.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, product orders, and market feedback.Monitor competitor products and activity; report back to the team leadership.Achieve individual sales / volume / value targets.Ensure compliance with regulatory norms in pharma / medical device promotion.Coordinate with internal teams (medical, supply, marketing) to ensure product availability, resolve supply / order issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
