Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation (Commercial & Municipal):

  • Identify, qualify, and secure high-value contracts for STP and ETP projects from key target sectors, including:
  • Commercial: Large IT Parks, Residential Developers, SEZs, Hospitals, and Industrial Estates.
  • Municipal: Government tenders (e.g., BWSSB, Urban Local Bodies) and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets for project orders (CAPEX) and long-term O&M contracts (OPEX).
  • Lead the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and client discovery through technical proposal submission, financial negotiation, and contract finalization.

2. Technical Solutioning & Proposal Management:

  • Serve as the key interface between the client's engineering team and our in-house technical/design team.
  • Conduct site visits and detailed client needs assessments to accurately define project scope and technical requirements.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., CPCB, KSPCB norms) and client specifications.
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition of various treatment technologies (e.g., SBR, MBR, MBBR, Activated Sludge) based on efficiency, CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs, and space constraints.

3. Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan specifically targeting the needs and regulatory landscape of the Bengaluru market.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming government infrastructure projects to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and current data on all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using the company's CRM system.

4. Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain deep, professional relationships with key stakeholders, including project consultants, urban planners, Chief Engineers, facility managers, and senior government officials.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management and Execution teams to ensure seamless handover of secured projects and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
