Full Stack Lead - Dot Net

You are a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Lead seeking to join a dynamic engineering team. You possess a strong background in front-end and back-end technologies, along with a passion for developing innovative solutions and exceptional problem-solving abilities. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and related frameworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers. Your key responsibilities will involve creating an application framework and associated ecosystem, designing and implementing scalable web applications using ASP.net, developing robust APIs and services using .NET 8 (C#), collaborating with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional interfaces, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving application issues, staying updated with emerging technologies, and mentoring junior developers. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You must have at least 9 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications. Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.net or Angular 18, NgRx, and material design is required. Additionally, you should possess strong back-end experience with server-side languages (.NET 8 C#) and Microservices, familiarity with WCAG and building responsive web applications, experience with databases like SQL Server/Azure SQL Server, familiarity with Gitlab and CI/CD practices, sound knowledge of Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment. Furthermore, you should have a strong understanding of application performance tuning, caching mechanisms, and scalability patterns, familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Datadog, and experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Gitlab CI to automate builds, deployment, and testing.,
