Job Description:

We’re looking for a Business Development Training Manager to lead training efforts for our sales team at Wayspire. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the upskilling segment, capable of coaching BDAs to perform across a range of ticket sizes (₹3,000 – ₹60,000).

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the entire BDA lifecycle, from lead generation to revenue closure, with a proven ability to build structure, drive results, and motivate teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured training programs for new and existing BDAs

Train team on:

• Lead generation strategies (organic, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, cold outreach)
• Campus Ambassador Program: hiring, managing, converting
• Product knowledge & sales pitch (across all ticket sizes)
• Objection handling, follow-ups & CRM usage
• Revenue generation strategies & target ownership

Conduct mock calls, sales roleplays, and weekly evaluations

Create performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperformers

Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with business goals

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in EdTech sales/training
• Experience in handling and training for small to high-ticket programs
• Strong command of sales communication, pitching, and objection handling

• Prior experience in Campus Ambassador program management is a must
• Excellent presentation, coaching, and team management skills
