Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Salem for a Business Development Trainee. The Business Development Trainee will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, and engaging in communication with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, providing customer service, and supporting the sales team with lead generation activities. The trainee will also assist in developing business strategies and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for market research and business strategy development
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and the sales team
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Customer Service skills to maintain and support client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
