Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Trainees to support our growth. You will play a key role in reaching out to potential students, parents, and partners, showcasing Gaayak’s unique offerings and driving enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reach out to prospective leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

- Explain Gaayak’s offerings and help families select the right course.

- Follow up with interested leads and convert them to paying customers.

- Assist in onboarding new students and maintaining customer relationships.

- Maintain daily reports on outreach and conversions.

- Support marketing campaigns, events, and demos as needed.

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, trainers) to ensure smooth functioning.

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills (in English and at least one Indian language – Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada preferred).

- Passion for music, education, or the arts.

- Ability to work independently with a growth mindset.

- Proficiency in using Google Sheets, basic CRM tools, and email/WhatsApp communication.
