Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Noida. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including lead generation, market research, and customer service. The role also involves conducting analytical assessments, engaging in effective communication with potential clients, and contributing to the strategic growth of the academy.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing market trends and business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and pursue business opportunities
• Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
