Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and research.
• Generate leads through various channels and convert them into long-term business relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations in person or virtually.
• Travel as required across Nashik, Mumbai, and Pune to engage with potential clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in business development, B2B sales, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across

  Nashik, Mumbai, and Pune

  as per business needs.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
• Experience in IT industry is a plus.
