The role involves connecting with international clients, introducing our IT service offerings, and scheduling meetings with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to international prospects (US, UK, APAC, etc.)
• Clearly articulate our IT services and value proposition
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team
• Manage lead data and activity logs in CRM
• Collaborate with SDRs and Business Heads for campaign execution
• Consistently meet calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling with a focus on international markets
• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or global accent
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Prior experience in IT services or tech staffing is preferred
• Must be comfortable with work from office setup
