Role & responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to international prospects (US, UK, APAC, etc.) Clearly articulate our IT services and value proposition Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team Manage lead data and activity logs in CRM Collaborate with SDRs and Business Heads for campaign execution Consistently meet calling and conversion targets Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling with a focus on international markets Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or global accent Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Prior experience in IT services or tech staffing is preferred Must be comfortable with work from office setup
