Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Junior Business Development to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain real-world experience in B2B business development, IT services, and client engagement strategies. You will work closely with senior leadership to explore new business opportunities, generate leads, and support strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the IT services sector Assist in developing and executing outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms Support the preparation of business proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information Collaborate with internal teams to understand service capabilities and translate them into client benefits Track industry trends and competitor activities to support strategy formulation Participate in client meetings and follow-up activities when required Requirements Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field MBA preferred in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field Strong interest in business development, sales, or IT services Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with using LinkedIn and CRM tools for outreach and tracking What Youll Gain Hands-on experience in B2B sales and business development Exposure to global IT service delivery models Opportunity to interact with leadership and contribute to strategic initiative
