Job Description: We are looking for a professional real estate Business Development Executive to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital campaigns, and site visits. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business. • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive property sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing property options, conducting site visits, and closing deals. • Market Research: Stay updated with real estate trends, competitor activities, pricing, and market demand to suggest strategic actions to management. • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and site teams to ensure smooth sales processes and timely client communication. • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth Requirements: * Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts. * Minimum 1 year experience in similar field or capacity. * Strong organization & scheduling skills * Excellent communication skills (written and oral) * Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
