Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founder to develop business development strategies and put them into execution.
• Identify and manage distribution channels for developing new customer leads.
• Identify and manage customer leads and build customer pipelines in CRM.
• Build, measure, and learn for implemented strategies and identify pivots.
• Build content templates and presentations to reach the right audience.
  

Requirements

• Experience in software development and sales is a big plus.
• 3+ years of experience doing Business Development in a software consulting agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with senior management and executives of an organization.
• Experience working with US customers is a big plus.
• The long-term player with the motivation to work independently and the ability to build a team so the business grows.
• Detail-oriented and professional is a must.
