Job Brief Sterco is looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients. Main Responsibilities of a Business Development Role · To identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients. · Responsible for new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions. · Ability to manage the sales process to close new business opportunities. · To build strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients. · Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets Key Requirements · Must have experience of similar role. · Experience of develop business for Web, and Digital Marketing services. · Should have diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. · Must be highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. · Should have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships. · Familiarity with CRM tools (eg.
