Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries.
  • Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch our recruitment solutions.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and hiring priorities.
  • Nurture prospects and schedule meetings with senior management.
  • Maintain lead records and pipeline updates in CRM/trackers.
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to pitch services to senior decision-makers (HR Heads, CXOs, Hiring Managers).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient
