Position: Business Development Executive - Digital Marketing Sales

Location: Remote (Currently)

Working Days & Time: 6 days a week | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA (Based on experience & performance – includes fixed + variable)

Equipment: Personal laptop required

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Conduct in-depth market research to target potential clients and emerging sectors.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate and secure deals aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
• Manage client communications, address queries, and resolve issues with a problem-solving approach.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts to the leadership team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or working at an agency.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close business deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong negotiation skills.
• Self-starter who can manage responsibilities independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a personal laptop and the ability to work 6 days a week.
