Position: Business Development Executive - Digital Marketing Sales Industry: Marketing & Influencer Marketing Services Employment Type: Full-time (6-month probation) Location: Remote (Currently) Working Days & Time: 6 days a week | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA (Based on experience & performance – includes fixed + variable) Equipment: Personal laptop required Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and strategic partners. Conduct in-depth market research to target potential clients and emerging sectors. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention. Negotiate and secure deals aligned with business goals and revenue targets. Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs. Manage client communications, address queries, and resolve issues with a problem-solving approach. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts to the leadership team. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or working at an agency. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close business deals. Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong negotiation skills. Self-starter who can manage responsibilities independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must have a personal laptop and the ability to work 6 days a week.
