Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, proposal development, client meetings, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
• Experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the home care services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
