Business Development specialist for EMS & PCBA

As a senior and accomplished Business Development leader in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) domain, your role at Onshore Group of Companies will involve driving the company's growth by managing high-value domestic and international clients, expanding into strategic OEM partnerships, and leading business acquisition for PCB Assembly and Box-Build services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead business acquisition and revenue growth for PCB assembly and box-build manufacturing services. - Identify, engage, and onboard Tier-1 and Tier-2 OEM clients across industrial, automotive, and medical electronics verticals. - Develop and execute sales strategies for both domestic and export markets. - Drive revenue targets exceeding 100 crore annually. - Manage and grow high-value domestic and international accounts. - Handle full-cycle commercial negotiations and ensure client satisfaction. - Track industry trends in EMS, IoT, automotive electronics, and medical devices. - Represent the company at trade shows, B2B expos, and conferences in India and overseas. - Lead and mentor the business development team. - Coordinate with Directors for pricing, contracts, and strategic planning. - Drive profitability and account governance. Qualifications Required: - 15-20 years of experience exclusively in EMS / ECM sales and marketing. - Experience with companies such as Centum Electronics, Kaynes Technology, SFO Technologies, Avalon Technologies, or similar. - Must have handled key accounts worth 100 crore or more. - Must have managed international/export client relationships. - Strong network across industrial, automotive, and medical electronics sectors. - Deep understanding of PCB Assembly processes and Box-Build/System Integration. - Expertise in technical sales, RFQ handling, and commercial negotiation. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
