You will be responsible for coordinating tasks with other Manufacturing staff to fulfill customer requirements, such as boxbuild and/or coating, while strictly adhering to safety, quality, and customer specifications. Working under direct and close supervision, you will follow routine procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. You may have exposure to more advanced functions as part of your training and development. Your role will involve assembling finished units per customer specifications and organizing tasks requiring multiple team members to accomplish. Utilizing manual and automated lifting devices, you will adhere to product safety specifications and provide information at cross-functional meetings. As part of your responsibilities, you must be able to work overtime as required and respond to conflicting deadlines, changing priorities, and continuous interruptions. You will also be in charge of organizing spare parts inventory, ordering spare parts as needed, and maintaining spare parts inventory locations for efficient order fulfillments. Additionally, you will perform preventive maintenance on area tooling according to schedules to ensure audit compliance. If Coating is a responsibility within your role, you will be expected to perform manual conformal coating of products per required specifications, prepare assemblies for automated coating processes, and maintain spray equipment. Your duties will also include ensuring proper handling and marking of assemblies and components, maintaining daily thickness logs, and utilizing bar code scanners and small hand tools. It is essential to inspect assemblies visually for proper masking application and placement of required materials. In terms of qualifications, you should be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders, define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions. Proficiency in operating a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system and related software is required. Additionally, advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of specific software packages, are necessary. You should have the ability to write simple correspondence, read and understand visual aids, and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions effectively. Overall, your role will involve coordinating tasks within the Manufacturing team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the operations.,
