Key Responsibilities Identify, generate, and qualify new leads and business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through field visits, networking, cold calls, and digital outreach. Collaborate with the technical team to present customized solutions to prospective clients. Regularly follow up with leads to ensure effective conversion and closure. Maintain accurate reports on lead pipeline, conversion status, and market feedback. Requirements Female candidates only, based in Hyderabad. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in business development, preferably in IT services or B2B sales. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Strong market intelligence with a knack for identifying new business trends and opportunities. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to handle fieldwork, client meetings, and cold visits. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
