About the Company & Role

We are a well-established and professionally run apparel export business with a strong focus on Prom Dresses.

We have a complete in-house setup, including:

• • Own factory

• • Skilled production team & labor

• • Dedicated quality manager

• • Sampling, merchandising, and support teams

• • Fully functional office and export operations

Our business is actively running and stable, and we are now looking to expand internationally by hiring senior sales / BDM professionals who can bring real export business from large global buyers.

This role is pure business development and order generation, meant for people who can open new markets, close deals, and grow volumes.

Key Responsibilities

• • Generate and close export orders for Prom Dresses (core focus) and fashion apparel

• • Develop new international buyers across:

• • USA, Canada, Australia

• • UK & European Union

• • APAC, Middle East

• • Asia, Africa & other global markets

• • Work with:

• • Prom dress brands

• • Importers & wholesalers

• • Buying houses & sourcing agents

• • Large retailers and distributors

• • Manage the complete sales cycle:

• • Lead generation buyer meetings pricing & negotiation order finalization

• • Build and maintain long-term buyer relationships

• • Negotiate pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and commercial terms

• • Coordinate closely with merchandising, sampling, factory, quality, and logistics teams

• • Communicate professionally with buyers via emails, calls, and video meetings

• • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Required Candidate Profile

• • Minimum 8+ years experience in international sales / BDM

• • Strong experience in prom dresses / evening wear / women’s fashion exports

• • Proven track record of closing export orders (not just inquiries or leads)

• • Experience handling large international buyers and buying houses

• • Excellent spoken and written English

• • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• • Self-driven, mature, and target-oriented mindset

• • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of sales

Preferred / Added Advantage

• • Existing active buyer network in prom dresses or women’s wear

• • Exposure to USA, Europe, Middle East, or APAC markets

• • Knowledge of costing, margins, MOQs, embellishments, and export processes

• • Understanding of prom dress trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and quality standards
