Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Coimbatore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to drive business growth. They will also build and maintain customer relationships, coordinate with different departments, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills
• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
• Proficient in Customer Service and relationship-building
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the air compressor industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
