Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve admission targets.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and competition in the education sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to generate leads.
• Organize and participate in events, webinars, and workshops to promote our coaching programs.
• Engage with prospective students and parents through one-to-one counseling sessions, phone calls, and online platforms.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase enrollments and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide regular feedback on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development in the education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
