Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our Digital Marketing and Software selling business across international markets, specifically targeting USA, North America, and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets in the digital marketing space. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in Digital Marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, etc.) or SAAS sales experience. Generate leads and convert prospects into clients from international markets – primarily the USA, Canada, and North America. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers through consultative selling. Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and technical) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Maintain CRM systems and report weekly/monthly business development metrics to leadership. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development/Sales in the Digital Marketing or SAAS domain. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services. Experience dealing with international clients, especially in USA, Canada, and North America. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment. Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US/Canada time zones.
