About the Role:

Were looking for an enthusiastic and well-connected Freelance Business Development Executive to help grow our corporate gifting business. This is a commission-only role ideal for freelancers, sales professionals, or anyone with a strong network in the corporate/event space.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients (corporates, startups, HR/marketing teams, event companies, etc.)

Pitch Petikaas gifting solutions for events, onboarding kits, festive hampers, and client gifting

Generate leads and close deals through email, LinkedIn, calls, and meetings

Maintain client relationships for repeat business

Coordinate basic handover to the Petikaa operations team once an order is confirmed

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and networking skills

Self-driven and target-oriented

Prior sales or marketing experience is a plus (but not mandatory)

Basic understanding of the gifting/events space preferred

Access to Bangalore-based professional circles (corporates, HRs, marketing managers, etc.)

Compensation:

Commission-only model: Earn a percentage of the total billing on each confirmed order

Recurring commission possible for repeat clients

No fixed salary unlimited earning potential based on performance
