Job Title: Marketing Executive – Franchise Expansion Experience: Freshers (BBA/MBA) or Candidates with Franchise/Marketing Experience Preferred Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential franchise partners, managing the onboarding process, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams. Freshers with a passion for marketing and business development are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential franchise partners through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings. Coordinate and manage the entire franchise onboarding process – from initial inquiry to agreement closure. Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and franchisees to provide necessary guidance and support. Present and explain the business model, investment structure, ROI, and operational expectations to potential partners. Organize and participate in meetings, virtual presentations, and webinars for franchise recruitment. Work closely with internal departments (operations, marketing, legal, training) to address franchisee requirements. Maintain accurate and updated records of all franchise-related communication and progress.
