Sales and target achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets. Lead generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads through market research, exhibitions, and other channels. Client and dealer management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. Technical sales and support: Provide technical explanations of products, conduct product demonstrations, and support the sales process with technical knowledge. Market analysis and reporting: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management. Additional duties Team management: Train and mentor a sales team, set performance goals, and provide development opportunities. Financial and administrative tasks: Ensure compliance with commercial policies and manage expenses. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to provide market feedback and align on strategies.
