Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our fast-growing system integration and IT solutions company located in Model Town, Faridabad Sector 10, your role will be pivotal in driving new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and enhancing corporate sales in the system integration domain. Your responsibilities will involve identifying potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and proposing customized solutions aligned with our product and service offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the system integration and corporate sales sector. - Manage and expand a robust pipeline of corporate clients, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitches to demonstrate our system integration services and corporate solutions. - Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions encompassing hardware, software, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services. - Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to create proposals, quotations, and solution documents. - Engage in negotiations and successfully close deals to achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team. Qualifications & Requirements: - Possess 1-4 years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales, with a preference for background in system integration, IT solutions, or corporate sales. - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, networking, and enterprise software is highly desirable. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. - Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and navigate complex sales cycles. - Self-motivated, outcome-focused, and capable of working with minimal supervision. - Proficient in negotiation and adept at closing deals effectively.
