Key Responsibilities

:
  • Drive sales growth for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects in the assigned region
  • Identify and generate new business from industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Prepare, present, and close techno-commercial proposals in coordination with design and estimation teams
  • Handle negotiations, order finalization, contract closure, and payment follow-ups
  • Track sales pipeline, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with projects and operations teams for smooth handover after order closure
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets
