Responsibilities

As a Business Development – Sales Intern, you will support the sales and client relations team in expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Client Pitching
  

Assist in identifying potential leads and target clients through market research.
Participate in sales calls, meetings, and presentations.Support the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials.Communicate product/service value effectively to prospective clients.

• Relationship Building
  

Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and requirements.
Help build and maintain long-term relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.Track interactions and feedback to improve client engagement strategies.

• Client Servicing & Support
  

Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.Support in post-sales follow-ups, onboarding, and relationship management.

• Market Research & Lead Generation
  

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Help identify new business opportunities and partnerships.Maintain and update CRM/database with leads and client information.

• Reporting & Analysis
  

Assist in preparing weekly reports on outreach efforts, client feedback, and sales performance.
Track KPIs and provide insights to improve outreach and conversion rates.

• Administrative & Team Support
  

Participate in internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and planning discussions.
