Job Description

1. **Sales & Business Development:** * Promote and sell tractors and related agricultural equipment to farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural businesses. * Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market research. 2. **Customer Relationship Management:** * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Provide excellent after-sales service and support to retain clients. 3. **Product Knowledge & Demonstration:** * Stay updated on product features, specifications, and technological advancements. * Conduct on-field product demonstrations and explain benefits to potential customers. 4. **Market Analysis & Competitor Tracking:** * Monitor local market trends and competitor activities. * Provide feedback to the company about customer needs and market demands. 5. **Sales Target Achievement:** * Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics. * Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management. 6. **Documentation & Coordination:** * Assist customers with financing options and documentation processes. * Coordinate with service and delivery teams to ensure timely tractor delivery and setup. 7. **Field Work:** * Travel extensively within assigned territory to reach customers. * Attend trade shows, farmer meetings, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
