Job Title: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Specialist (Remote)Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + ₹3,000 performance incentive Location: Dehradun (Laptop mandatory) About the RoleWe are looking for a driven, confident, and target-oriented professional who can not only generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email, and Instagram but also take discovery calls on Zoom and convert prospects into paying clients. This is not just a data-entry or research role — we want someone who can engage with clients, build trust, and close deals. Key ResponsibilitiesUse provided data to research and identify high-potential leads. Conduct personalized outreach on LinkedIn, email, and Instagram. Book qualified appointments and conduct initial Zoom calls with prospects. Present our services/offers clearly and handle objections with confidence. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of converted clients. Maintain accurate lead tracking and regularly update reports. Meet and exceed weekly & monthly targets for both leads and conversions. RequirementsProven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and email outreach. Strong communication skills in English (both written & spoken). Confidence in speaking with clients on Zoom/phone calls. Ability to create engaging outreach messages and follow-ups. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently. Direct mentorship in advanced sales & outreach strategies. Growth opportunities into senior sales/closing roles with higher pay.
