Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Business Development Representative. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to company revenue growth. Daily tasks include lead generation, prospecting, conducting outreach to potential clients, managing the sales funnel, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to meet target goals.

Qualifications

Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify and develop new business opportunities
Business Development and Sales expertise to drive revenue growth and close deals effectively
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build strong client relationships
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Prior experience in the ceramics or building materials industry is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
