Business Development Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate with 1 to 2 year of experience to join our team as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will primarily work on LinkedIn to identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and build strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Actively search for and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business leads on other bidding platforms.
• Work closely with the team and manager to plan and execute business development activities.
• Support in preparing tailored proposals and bids based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:-

• 2 years of sales experience (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Strong presentation & relationship-building skills
• Confident in handling decision-makers in colleges and companies
• Must be proactive, target-driven & self-motivated.
