Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to explore new business opportunities through establishing relationships with potential customers. Your primary objective will involve identifying leads generated from marketing campaigns, contacting prospective clients via phone and email, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable products/services to enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will encompass the full sales cycle, starting from initial customer engagement to closing deals, and ensuring post-sales support. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships, actively seeking new business prospects, coordinating meetings between clients and Account Executives, and preparing detailed reports for managerial review will be key responsibilities within this position. To excel in this role, you should possess previous experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Familiarity with various sales techniques, such as inbound, outbound, and field sales, along with proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel, is essential. A solid grasp of sales performance metrics, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, the ability to deliver compelling presentations, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are also required qualifications for this role.,
