Business Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales staff.
• Maintain a well-organized pipeline using CRM tools.
• Understand client needs and provide relevant product or service information.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align lead generation strategies.
• Achieve monthly targets for outreach and lead conversion.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture relationships with prospects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or pursuing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
• Good knowledge of sales tools like CRM, Excel, or outreach platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
