Job Description: Floatbot is looking for 2 to 5 Years experienced Creative and Awesome Pre-Sales Consultant to lead Floatbots Sales effort. Having done Marketing for USA and APAC markets would be an edge Key Responsibilities : To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution Ability to demonstrate Floatbot product, platform and solutions effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge including CXOs Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes Design high-level architecture diagrams, deployment models, and integration workflows (API, Webhooks, Databases, Contact Centre, CRM, Telephony, Cloud, On-Prem). Create internal design configuration documentation including solution diagrams with technical explanations Collaborate closely with Delivery, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the client?s architectural ecosystem. Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders Prepare competitive analysis and positioning strategies to articulate Floatbot?s differentiation against other AI, Chatbot, and Voicebot platforms. Lead or support technical evaluations, PoCs, pilots, and sandbox setups to showcase real-world capability of the Floatbot platform. Draft detailed and well-structured SoWs (Scope of Work) that clearly outline the project objectives, functional and technical requirements, deliverables, timelines, assumptions, dependencies, and responsibilities to support commercial discussions. To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using Floatbot key value proposition and Floatbot USPs To assume responsibility for running an RFP/RFI bid successfully from bid preparation to submission, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery post winning Respond to due-diligence questionnaires, security assessments, compliance checklists, and vendor evaluation forms. Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products Assist in building reusable pre-sales assets such as templates, case studies, demo environments, pitch decks, and solution accelerators. Adhere to the Company?s Quality and Business Processes Stay updated with the latest industry trends in AI, GenAI, LLMs, voice technologies, and CX automation to position Floatbot competitively. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven SaaS Pre-sales experience, including Enterprise Sales, with consistent over-achievement of quotas; experience selling AI or Chatbot technology is a strong plus. Responsible for regional sales numbers and target achievement, working closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive results and identify new opportunities within large enterprises. Strong understanding of building and scaling business in AI, Chatbot, Analytics, SaaS, or Business Intelligence domains; MBA with IT background and experience selling IT products preferred. Proven track record in technology solution selling and managing large, complex bids ? including proposal writing, maintaining proposal repositories, end-to-end proposal lifecycle management, bid strategy, and budgeting. Excellent sales, analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures. Capable of thriving in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment with an innovative mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and adherence to best-practice sales methodologies. Strong goal-setting and short-term planning abilities, supported by sound analysis and decision-making, with a professional, proactive ?get-it-done? attitude and solid work ethic.
