Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients across relevant industries through structured outreach and relationship-building
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage opportunities from first conversation to closure
• Understand client pain points and position solutions through value-based conversations rather than transactional selling
• Drive go-to-market activities including lead generation strategies, follow-ups, and deal progression tracking
• Navigate objections, delays, and changing requirements while keeping momentum intact
• Collaborate internally to align client expectations with delivery capabilities without over-promising
• Track sales activity, pipeline health, and conversions using a metrics-driven approach.
• Continuously learn market trends, competitor movements, and customer behaviour to refine sales strategies
