Job Designation : Manager / Sr. Manager Project Management Shift Time : 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM (Monday to Friday) Job Location: Gurgaon (30% from office & 70% PAN India travelling) A Project Management Professional, who shall support Project Director/ President Project based at Gurgaon, India and shall be part of our Indian team working together towards our vision Powering the energy transition! Responsibilities: Planning, implementing and streamlining processes for any size of ground mounted Solar PV projects to be executed by ib vogt Solar India. Coordinate with the land & permitting teams once a project has is finalized to estimated timeline to get a land and the final permits for it. Work closely with the design & engineering team to finalize the timeline for project layout, design and engineering drawings etc. and coordinate the same with the other teams to keep things on track. Preparing project plans, budgets, project schedule, flow chart and reports for Management Information System (MIS) and their implementation for each project to ensure contractual/ compliances. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports in an easy to retract manner. Identification & resolution for project challenges, hurdles, issue with help of the line manager. Visiting and staying at project site for assessment and troubleshooting. Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies Knowledge of claim and change management is desirable Tracking project progress & project schedule to ensure the deliverables viz supply, services and permits. Work with the internal stakeholders to mitigate the implementation risk, eliminate blockers, delay and functions to complete the project within time frame. Participate in finalization of BOM/ BOQ & in negotiations with various sub-contractors including assisting in invoicing to clients and payment to contractors. Support to site team for all HO and vendor related requirement Required Skills: Hands-on experience in MS office/Primavera v6/MS Project. Able to coordinate with the stakeholders. Should be multitasking and should have worked multiple assignments at a time. Should have a problem solver attitude as he/she needs to play a cross-functional role. Candidate who has worked at site and corporate both will have an added advantage. Should be prompt and proactive and willing to accept challenging assignments. Qualification & Educational Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field (Preferably engineering background) At least 15 yrs. experience in Solar PV Project Management Knowledge of industry practices and project management tools. Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, including test reports, system manuals, and as-built drawings. Stay updated on advancements in SCADA technology and solar energy industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Electronics or a related field. Minimum 7-9 years of experience in SCADA system implementation and commissioning, preferably in the solar sector. Strong knowledge of SCADA architecture, communication protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP), and control systems. Experience in system integration, PLC programming, and HMI development. Hands-on experience with commissioning solar power plants and monitoring systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
