Work closely with the design & engineering team to finalize the timeline for project layout, design and engineering drawings etc. and coordinate the same with the other teams to keep things on track. Preparing project plans, budgets, project schedule, flow chart and reports for Management Information System (MIS) and their implementation for each project to ensure contractual/ compliances. Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies Knowledge of claim and change management is desirable Tracking project progress & project schedule to ensure the deliverables viz supply, services and permits. Participate in finalization of BOM/ BOQ & in negotiations with various sub-contractors including assisting in invoicing to clients and payment to contractors.
