Job Description: Business Development Executive– Real Estate Company

Position: Tele-Caller (Inbound) and Business Development Executive

Department: Sales/Customer Support

Location: Sector 63 Noida

Reports to: Sales Manager/Team Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development to join our inbound sales team at a leading real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing accurate information to prospective clients, and assisting them with their inquiries about available real estate properties, services, and deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Call Management:

Answer inbound calls from potential customers and existing clients.

Provide accurate information on real estate properties, pricing, offers, and availability.

Address customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.

Lead Qualification:

Identify potential leads based on customer interests and needs.

Capture detailed customer information and update the CRM system accordingly.

Ensure proper follow-up for qualified leads for conversion into sales.

Customer Support:

Assist customers with the booking process, documentation, and any necessary paperwork.

Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding properties or services.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s real estate offerings, including property specifications, features, and pricing.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Sales Support:

Support the sales team by providing necessary information for closing deals.

Transfer hot leads to the sales team for further conversion.

Follow up on customer inquiries and remind them of offers and deals.

Reporting & Documentation:

Accurately record customer details, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM.

Prepare daily or weekly reports on call volume, lead conversion, and customer feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Minimum high school diploma; degree in business or related field preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of [language(s) specific to the region].

Customer Service: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.

Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple customer queries effectively.

Sales-oriented: Ability to identify sales opportunities from inbound calls and pass them on to the sales team.

Additional Information:

Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Full-time position with fixed working hours or shift-based work (depending on the company's needs).

Incentive-based compensation for high performers.
