Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The opening is with BFSI segment of Unext Learning which is part of ICICIManipal group.

  • New Business Acquisition:

    Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise leads through market research, networking, referrals, and industry events.Develop targeted outreach strategies and execute effective sales tactics to generate new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Account Management:

    Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at large organizations.Understand client needs and business challenges to propose tailored, value-driven solutions.Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to align on strategies, proposals, and presentations.Conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and differentiation strategies.
  • Negotiation and Closing:

    Lead contract negotiations and work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.Provide timely reporting on sales activities and progress toward targets.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to influence product development and positioning.
  • Customer Success Collaboration:

    Ensure a smooth transition from sales to customer success teams to facilitate excellent onboarding and customer experience.Monitor ongoing client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

Preferred candidate profile

A.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 12-18 yrs exp
  • Experience in Banking, NBFC sales
