Role Description

Operations Specialist (On-site)

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for field operations, onboarding real estate professionals to the VishwaVerse platform, and coordinating backend processes to ensure smooth service delivery and verification.

Responsibilities

• Visit and connect with professionals (interior designers, architects, contractors, etc.) across Pune.
• Initiate communication through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• Guide professionals through the onboarding and verification process on the VishwaVerse platform.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and support.
• Maintain detailed daily logs of outreach, meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Collect feedback and field insights to help refine operational and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in

  Hindi, Marathi, and English

  .
• Basic understanding of the real estate or service provider ecosystem is a plus.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduates or students available for full-time engagement for

  11–12 months

  (contract basis, with the possibility of extension or full-time conversion).
• Must own a laptop and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Comfortable with local travel within Pune for field visits.
• Residing in or near Pune during the contract period.
