Role Description We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Intern (On-site) to join our team in Pune . This is a full-time internship opportunity (2–3 months) ideal for students or recent graduates who are self-driven and excited to work in a fast-growing startup. As a Sales & BD intern, you'll play a crucial role in onboarding professionals onto the VishwaVerse platform, conducting outreach, and building partnerships that drive our platform growth. Coordinate with the internal team for verification and support. Maintain daily outreach logs and status updates. Gather feedback and relay field insights to help improve outreach strategy. Candidate Preferences Students or recent graduates available full-time for 2–3 months. Open to all genders – we offer an inclusive work environment. Based in or near Pune during the internship period. Self-motivated to grow in a fast-moving startup. Must own a laptop and a vehicle for in-person meetings (with license). As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for field operations, onboarding real estate professionals to the VishwaVerse platform, and coordinating backend processes to ensure smooth service delivery and verification. Responsibilities Visit and connect with professionals (interior designers, architects, contractors, etc.) across Pune. Initiate communication through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Guide professionals through the onboarding and verification process on the VishwaVerse platform. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and support. Maintain detailed daily logs of outreach, meetings, and follow-up actions. Collect feedback and field insights to help refine operational and outreach strategies. Qualifications Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. A customer-centric approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
