We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Analyze sales data to optimize performance and improve results. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client retention and loyalty. Job Requirements Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in emerging enterprise banking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in used car sales or related fields is an added advantage.
