Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Mysuru
Experience: 1–2 years in Advertising / Marketing
Compensation: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + Incentives & Profit Sharing

About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to strengthen our client network and accelerate growth. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in advertising or marketing, with sharp communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
• Present strategic marketing proposals and close deals.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for seamless execution.
• Achieve monthly targets through proactive outreach and strong follow-ups.

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing with 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or agency environments.
• Fluency in English and Kannada; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a passion for client growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
